Things You'll Need:
- Eggs, one egg for one person
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic
- Oil
- Salt
- Paprika , if you want some spice
- Garam Masala (Indian spice)
- Milk as much needed

Step 1
Boil EggsPut eggs for boiling (Pretty simple huh!). One egg for each person

Chop the vegetablesChop 1 big Onions in small pieces
Peel and chop 2 garlic
Chop 3-4 tomatoes in small pieces -
Step 3
Saute OnionHeat Oil in the pan and sauté onion till golden brown. Throw in the chopped garlic in it

Once onions are cooked, put in chopped tomatoes and let it cook till the tomatoes are mushy and they have lost their shine.

Add SpicesAdd Salt, Paprika, Garam Masala (if you have it with you ) as per your taste. Let it cook for 1 min more.

Pour in MilkAdd Milk to this paste and keep stirring to make it gravy consistency. Let it cook for 5 min while stirring it.
If you don't want milk or don't like milk, then replace it with water -
Step 7
Egg Curry ReadyPeel off the Boiled eggs and cut them in halves. Drop the eggs in the gravy prepared .
And the Curry is done.
