With the right ingredients and little time you can prepare finger licking egg curry

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Eggs, one egg for one person
  • 3-4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika , if you want some spice
  • Garam Masala (Indian spice)
  • Milk as much needed
  1. Step 1
    Boil Eggs
     
    Boil Eggs

    Put eggs for boiling (Pretty simple huh!). One egg for each person

  2. Step 2
    Chop the vegetables
     
    Chop the vegetables

    Chop 1 big Onions in small pieces
    Peel and chop 2 garlic
    Chop 3-4 tomatoes in small pieces

  3. Step 3
    Saute Onion
     
    Saute Onion

    Heat Oil in the pan and sauté onion till golden brown. Throw in the chopped garlic in it

  4. Step 4

    Once onions are cooked, put in chopped tomatoes and let it cook till the tomatoes are mushy and they have lost their shine.

    Add Spices
     
    Add Spices

    Add Salt, Paprika, Garam Masala (if you have it with you ) as per your taste. Let it cook for 1 min more.

    Pour in Milk
     
    Pour in Milk

    Add Milk to this paste and keep stirring to make it gravy consistency. Let it cook for 5 min while stirring it.

    If you don't want milk or don't like milk, then replace it with water

  7. Step 7
    Egg Curry Ready

    Peel off the Boiled eggs and cut them in halves. Drop the eggs in the gravy prepared .

    And the Curry is done.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have more spices in your pantry like turmeric, coriander powder, garlic paste or ginger paste. Throw them in the curry too
  • If you want a very smooth gravy , you can grind the gravy in the food processor and then let it cook for some more time and drop in the eggs after that
