Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Mini Wheat Bagels
  • Eggs
  • Tomatoes
  • Cheese
  • Turkey Sausage patty/Boca patty
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Griddle
  1. Step 1

Spray your griddle with Pam, cut your bagel in half and place on griddle to toast it.

  2. Step 2

Start your breakfast patty cooking. Boca takes alot less time than a turkey sausage patty. Make sure and time this all properly.

  3. Step 3

While your bagel is toasting, your sausage cooking, put your egg on to cook it. Break the yoke or you will have one messy bagel :+)

Start building your bagel breakfast sandwich. Hopefully your tomato is a fresh garden one. Put the tomato on the bagel, place patty on next and egg on to of that. If you choose to add lettuce.

  6. Step 6

You've built a really healthy breakfast sandwich. Enjoy!

on 10/4/2008 We are a big family so breakfast out gets expensive if we do it. I started looking at what we all order when we eat out and have tried to make it all at home and save! Right on! Great article!

on 9/9/2008 This sounds really good. I never had tomatoes on one before but I will try it. I use the Morningstar Farms Sausages which are soy.
