How to Spot a Slimy Guy

Any girl knows that finding Mr. Right isn't always easy. Nowadays, it's especially difficult, thanks in part to slimy guys. You know, those bad apples whose sole goal is to get women into bed and out the door. Unfortunately, they're getting even harder to spot. Play sneaky detective with these simple tips.

Instructions

1. Upon first meeting him, carefully take note of his eyes. Where are they going (ie: are they looking into yours or down your shirt?), how much is he focusing on what you have to say? If he seems genuinely interested in your conversation, proceed to Step 2. If he appears to be into your other peepers (aka not the ones on your face), he's not worth it.

2. Make a mental note of his topics of conversation. Is he talking to you about substantial stuff, or making snide sexual comments? Examples of this may be one or more of the following: "So uh...nice shirt...it would look better on my bedroom floor."; "Your ass looks hot in those jeans!"; "Let me buy you another cocktail, I don't think you've had enough." If this is a new guy and he's already acting like a horny teenager, you know to kick him to the curb.

3. If intimate physical contact is involved and you're not comfortable, let him know. More importantly, be mindful of his immediate reaction upon hearing what you have to say. Slimy guys will most likely be discontent with not getting their way, and more often than not will bail. However, other slimeballs might stick around, in hopes of changing the girl's mind. In which case...

4. ...See how often he calls. This is crucial, since a guy who likes you for you will call more often than a guy merely looking for fun. If you're constantly the one calling him, or if he says he'll be in touch and isn't, that's a red flag that he just might be green...with slime.

Tips & Warnings

• If you meet a guy at a bar as opposed to, say, through a friend, it's more likely that said guy could very well be a slimy one.
• If you're into a guy, don't sleep with him the first time you meet him. Then you really have no right to call HIM slimy.
