How to Increase Traffic to Your Blog

Are you looking for ways to increase the traffic to your blog? Entrecard is a free site that sends tons of visitors to your blog or website everyday!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• computer with internet connection
• blog or website

1. Type www.entrecard.com into your web browser.

2. Create your account by filling in your information. You will be asked for your email address, the desired account name and password, the category of your blog or website, and a brief description of your site.

3. Get your widget code - Entrecard users drop off their card when they visit your site. By doing so, they earn one credit and you earn one credit. In order for them to drop their card off, you must have the widget installed on your site. Simply click "Get Code", copy the code provided, and paste it somewhere on you site (using the html view).

4. Drop your card off at participating sites - Now that you have your widget installed, go out and visit participating blogs. Try not to drop and run, but read some of the things that interest you. It is amazing what is out there!

Tips & Warnings

• Increase your credits by dropping on people who drop on you. You can tell who has left their card by viewing your "Drops Inbox".
• Save your credits and then advertise on a site that would normally cost big bucks. You can expect a surge in traffic on days that you advertise on other people's blogs.
• Some of the traffic you receive will be users simply dropping and running. Create catchy titles and write great content and you will convert some of these people dedicated readers.
