    Some names are classic and have been popular throughout the years. Others are trendier. Think about historical figures throughout the ages and biblical names. Many of these names are classic and have lasted throughout time. Trendy names come and go. To pick the perfect baby name consider giving your child a classic name that will always be in style.

    If you are thinking of naming your baby after a relative, keep in mind that when people with the same name live in one household, it may lead to confusion.

    If you name a child after a public figure such as a movie star or athlete make sure they are the type of role model you would want for your child.

    Think twice before giving your child a name that is really cute or silly. They are not going to be a baby forever. Will the name fit them as an adult? To pick the perfect baby name you need to consider how the name will work at every age.
