Here's how to pack a healthy school lunch that you're kids will like.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

You will want to make a balanced lunch to get your kids through their day. Make sure you have all of the food groups your child needs.

  2. Step 2

For protein, you can pack a tuna or turkey sandwich, peanut butter to hummus to dip their veggies in,a boiled egg, or any healthy protein-rich food your child likes to eat.

  3. Step 3

Fruits and veggies are important as well. Cut produce they enjoy into stick or strips, or other small, bite-or-dipping sized pieces. Put lettuce and tomatoes on a sandwich. You can also pack veggie soup as well.

  4. Step 4

Dairy can include milk, yogurt, or a variety of cheeses.

  5. Step 5

Whole grains can consist of whole-grain breads for sandwiches, granola, crackers or pita bread, or tortilla wraps.
