Tips & Warnings
  • Cuban sandwiches are very filling. Sandwiche sizes should not be too large. Cuban bread has a tendency to fill up your tummy! A great thing about a sandwich like this is that it can be made in advance and wrapped until ready to serve. Additional items can be added to the sandwich per taste. These very simple ingredients make a traditional Cuban and your friends will ask for more!
  • Refrigerating Cuban bread can make it extremely hard.
  • Cuban bread is tastiest when served fresh, ideally the day it is purchased
