stop an itch from an ant bite

That darn ant! Have u ever accidentally stepped in an ant pile?! It itches like crazy but how do i get it to stop?? This is how....

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Knife
  • Lemon
  • Plastic ziploc bag
  • Use of a microwave
  • Cup of water
  1. Step 1

Use your knife and cut the lemon into four slices. Start with one and squeeze the lemon juice onto the ant bite(s). You may not even need all four lemon slices, but make sure you get enough lemon juice to cover the ant bite(s). Take the squeezed slice(s) and rub it against the bite in a stroking motion a few times then set it aside.

  2. Step 2

Wait for the lemon juice to dry, which only takes about one minute or less. After it dries it should feel sticky.

  3. Step 3

Put the cup of water into the microwave. Heat it for about forty sec or until hot. Different microwaves may vary in the time you heat it. When the cup of water is hot that means it is good.

  4. Step 4

Pour the cup of water into the ziploc bag. Any other kind of plastic bag will do. Use the ziploc bag full of hot water and slightly put it against the ant bite(s). It is hot so just slightly dab it. Then use the bag and stroke it around the areas near the ant bite. Repeat this a few times and the itchy feeling should go away.

on 9/11/2008 forty minutes of heating the cup of water for the itching of ant bites. That water would burn you, did you intend to put forty seconds of heating the water.
