  • Male or Female
  • Dedication on your part
  • Communication between the both of you
  • Willing to make changes in your nutrition
  1. Step 1

    Join a local gym and inquire about a personal trainer. If you are just getting back to exercising make sure you do some research. If you have any special needs make sure to communicate them to your trainer.

  2. Step 2

    Follow your trainers guidelines on health and nutrition. Eat before training begins. This will ensure you do not pass out or get sick.

  3. Step 3

    Warming up and stretching are important factors in maximizing your workout. Also include a cardio routine in your daily workout.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink plenty of water
  • If you are sick do not workout
  • if you feel dizzy or light headed, stop the workout
