How to Make Pineapple Vodka

This recipe makes awesome pineapple flavored vodka for making martinis or on the rocks!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Fresh Pineapple Spears
• Your Favorite Vodka
• Glass container with lid [plastic is okay]
• Patience...you have to wait two weeks!

1. 
   Fresh Pineapple Spears

   Layer pineapple spears in the glass container.

2. 
   Pineapple layered in container with Vodka

   Pour vodka over the pineapple and place the lid or other cover on the container.

3. Place container in the refrigerator for two weeks. You'll be disappointed if you taste it before two weeks.

4. 
   Pineapple Martini

   Recipe:
   * 2oz. Pineapple Vodka
   * Crushed Ice
   
   Steps:
   *Put pineapple vodka and ice in a beverage shaker and shake until frothy.
   *Strain into a martini glass.
   *Garnish with vodka soaked pineapple
   *ENJOY!

Tips & Warnings

• We buy our precut pineapple at Costco.
• The pineapple absorbs the vodka and is VERY yummy!
• Blend the pineapple with ice to make a great frozen drink.
