How to Whiten Teeth - Fast and Safe

There are many different techniques and twists for teeth whitening with baking soda. Here is mine - I like it because its fast, easy and it works.

Things You'll Need

• Toothbrush, toothpaste, baking soda

Instructions

1. Put a little toothpaste on your toothbrush.

2. Dip the toothbrush (the part with toothpaste on it) into a little container of baking soda. I use tupperware for the baking soda.

3. Brush gently but thoroughly for about a minute.

4. Rinse out your mouth. You can feel how clean your teeth are with your tongue. They are also whiter.

Tips & Warnings

• Repeat this every few days as needed. Coffee drinkers will want to do it a little more.

• Don't overdo this - brushing too much this way can wear out your enamel.
