Step 1
A meatloaf pan comes in two parts - an "upper" part which will contain the meatloaf and has holes for draining and a "lower" part which looks like an ordinary loaf pan.

Most meatloaf pans are non-stick but you can make cleanup even easier if you use non-stick spray on both parts of the pan.

Step 3
Place your meatloaf in the upper part of the pan, making sure that the top is not a flat surface but is built up in the middle so that the grease won't sit on top.

Place the upper part of the meatloaf pan into the lower part and bake as usual.

Step 5
When the meatloaf is done, remove it from the pan and serve as usual. The drippings from the meatloaf will be in the bottom part of the meatloaf pan, making your meatloaf leaner and healthier.
