Taking time to have beauty baths is sensuously fulfilling. Beauty baths can be used as a sensual stimulation toward other fulfilling moments. A woman's mind, body and spirit will benefits from these baths.

  1. Step 1

    1. Aphrodisiac Bath:

Set the mixture aside as you soak in plain warm water from ten to fifteen minutes, then stand up and rub concoction into legs, arms, belly, back and buttocks. Rinse in the shower, dry off skin and smooth on more baby oil.

    4. Muscle Relaxed Bath:
    After a good work out to ease muscle spasms or tightness, spice warm tub with a teaspoon of dry mustard, thyme, and lavender. Soak for ten to fifteen minutes. Don't forget to:
    • Soak no longer than twenty minutes, to prevent dehydrating;
    • Best water temperature is 85 degrees;
    • Use a pumice stone on feet, and loofah on knees, elbows, bikini line;
