Things You'll Need:
- Television
- VCR player
- DVD player
- Two Cable lines (Yellow, Red & White lines)
- TV Attenna line
- TV output line
- DVD Disc

Step 1
Yellow, White and Red Cable LinesRead the Manual of your TV, VCR, and DVD player first. Get some ideas of how the sockets connection. To find out the input and output cable hole of your TV, VCR, and DVD player. The Input & Output cable holes are usually in Yellow, White and Red Color.
Yellow Color is for Video function, White and Red Color is for Audio left and right function. -
Step 2
Second, start to connect from TV to DVD player with 1st cable line.
Connect the first Yellow, White and Red Cable lines from your TV (Input holes)to your DVD player cable holes (Output). Cable line colors match with holes color. -
Step 3
Third, connect from DVD player to VCR player.
Use the 2nd cable line (Yellow, White, Red Colors) to connect from your DVD player to VCR player. The cable lines in your DVD player is plug from the (Input holes) connect to VCR player (Output holes). There's usually only one set of Yellow, White & Red cable holes in VCR player. This 2nd three color cable line is plug into the left side of your VCR. In the picture, the thicker White line on the right is the TV Antenna, and underneath is the TV output line, both lines are connected from your TV to the setup Antenna of your building or Cable provider company. -
Step 4
Fourth, at this stage the connection should be OK and fine for setup.
You have to start to Tune the channel of your TV to check to have image and sound on your TV. The recording Channel usually is Channel 3, Video 1, Video 2. Try on your TV for the setting. -
Step 5
Final Stage.
If everything is connect correctly. Put a DVD disc to the DVD player and start to record. You can record TV programs or put a Tape in your VCR player to record as a Disc outcome.
