Step 1
French Toast.
Make extra one morning and freeze. To eat just pop in the toaster! -
Step 2
Cottage Cheese and Pineapple. (or other fruit)

Smoothie.
Whip together any assortment of fruit. You can give it an extra health boost by adding flax seed and/or coconut oil. -
Step 4
Sausage rolls.
Using a pre-made crescent roll dough, flatten out dough, spread sausage on top, and then roll up jelly-roll style. Cook, and then enjoy this simple 'finger food' breakfast. -
Step 5
Eggs in a Basket.
Make a hole in the center of your bread. Place bread in frying pan. Crack your egg into the hole, and let it cook. -
Step 6
Oatmeal.
Add nuts, flax seed and fruit to give it a good health boost! -
Step 7
Yogurt.
Add fruit, nuts and granola to make it more filling.
