Make Healthy, Quick and Easy Breakfasts

A healthy breakfast at the start of a day can make such a difference for you and those in your household. It doesn't take a lot of time to eat well. Here are some healthy, relatively easy and inexpensive breakfast ideas for you and your household.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    French Toast.
    Make extra one morning and freeze. To eat just pop in the toaster!

  2. Step 2

    Cottage Cheese and Pineapple. (or other fruit)

  3. Step 3

    Smoothie.
    Whip together any assortment of fruit. You can give it an extra health boost by adding flax seed and/or coconut oil.

  4. Step 4

    Sausage rolls.
    Using a pre-made crescent roll dough, flatten out dough, spread sausage on top, and then roll up jelly-roll style. Cook, and then enjoy this simple 'finger food' breakfast.

  5. Step 5

    Eggs in a Basket.
    Make a hole in the center of your bread. Place bread in frying pan. Crack your egg into the hole, and let it cook.

  6. Step 6

    Oatmeal.
    Add nuts, flax seed and fruit to give it a good health boost!

  7. Step 7

    Yogurt.
    Add fruit, nuts and granola to make it more filling.
