Taking care of your hair is a very important. Having beautiful hair can brighten your face, even if you are feeling sick. Having healthy shiny hair, enhances your beauty. It is so easy to neglect your hair, in this fast paced society. Here are some great tips to keep your hair healthy and shiny.

    The beauty of your hair not only depends on the products that you use in it, but also your daily diet. Choose a diet that is rich in dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, protein, sources of vitamin B-12 and Omega 3 fatty acids.

    Drinking water

    Keep your body hydrated, by drinking alot of water. Avoid drinking alot of caffeinated beverages. Replace this with the good old water and you can't go wrong.

    Handle wet hair with care. Don't brush your hair when it is wet or don't use a fine-tooth comb. Use a big wide-tooth comb to get the tangles out of your hair when wet.

    Reduce stress levels. Try to eliminate stress by exercising and avoiding stressful situations. Constant stress can cause your hair to fall out.

    Trim the ends of your hair at least once a month, to promote healthy looking hair. Sometimes the hair ends gets dried and frizzy, that's a a sign that your hair needs to be trimmed. When hair ends are trimmed, the hair grow healthier and more lustrous.

    Fresh Aloe Vera is great for promoting hair growth and healthy, shiny, lustrous, hair. If you have Aloe Vera growing in your garden at home, you can slice a piece in half, scrape the slimy substance from the inside. Use the substance to massage into your scalp and hair, paying special attention the ends. Place a plastic hat on and sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and style as usual.

  • Brush your hair daily with, Boar or other natural bristles brush, to stimulate your scalp.
  • Massage scalps daily, with your fingertips, to circulate blood flow to the scalp.
  • Use heat-activated shampoo.
  • Deep condition at least weekly.
  • Avoid using brush with plastic bristles.
  • Don't use harsh chemicals in your hair.
