Things You'll Need:
- Hair care
- Brushing
- Deep conditioning
- Healthy diet
-
Step 1
Healthy dietThe beauty of your hair not only depends on the products that you use in it, but also your daily diet. Choose a diet that is rich in dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, protein, sources of vitamin B-12 and Omega 3 fatty acids.
-
Step 2
Drinking waterKeep your body hydrated, by drinking alot of water. Avoid drinking alot of caffeinated beverages. Replace this with the good old water and you can't go wrong.
-
Step 3
Wide-tooth combHandle wet hair with care. Don't brush your hair when it is wet or don't use a fine-tooth comb. Use a big wide-tooth comb to get the tangles out of your hair when wet.
-
Step 4
Avoid stressReduce stress levels. Try to eliminate stress by exercising and avoiding stressful situations. Constant stress can cause your hair to fall out.
-
Step 5
Trimming hairTrim the ends of your hair at least once a month, to promote healthy looking hair. Sometimes the hair ends gets dried and frizzy, that's a a sign that your hair needs to be trimmed. When hair ends are trimmed, the hair grow healthier and more lustrous.
-
Step 6
Aloe VeraFresh Aloe Vera is great for promoting hair growth and healthy, shiny, lustrous, hair. If you have Aloe Vera growing in your garden at home, you can slice a piece in half, scrape the slimy substance from the inside. Use the substance to massage into your scalp and hair, paying special attention the ends. Place a plastic hat on and sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and style as usual.
