Teriyaki sauce is a little bit sweet and a little bit salty. It's commonly used in stir-fry recipes or rice bowls, or served with chicken, pork, or beef and vegetables. Many recipes use a Japanese sweet rice wine. This version should produce a teriyaki taste without that product. Does this Spark an idea?

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
