How to Easily Program a DirecTV Remote Control

Easily Program a DirecTV Remote Control for powering up, changing channels, and volume on your T.V.

Things You'll Need

• DirecTV Remote
• TV

Instructions

1. Turn on your TV.

2. On the remote control, slide mode switch into TV.

3. Press and hold the MUTE and SELECT keys at the same time until the green light under TV flashes twice, then release both keys.

4. Enter 9-9-1-1.

5. Press PWR button.

6. Point the remote at the TV and press CHAN+. Repeatedly press CHAN+ until the TV turns off.

7. When the TV turns off, stop pressing the CHAN+ key. Then, press and release the SELECT
   key.
