The first place I found that you may want to try is called the Abdominoplasty Chat Room located at tuckthattummy.com.

The next one I found makes me laugh because the website is actually called: yestheyrefake.net. They're chat room involves conversation about all kinds of different plastic surgeries including tummy tucks, liposuction, breast augmentations and more. (see link below)

Tips & Warnings

Research as much as you can prior to deciding on any type of plastic surgery.
Talk with people who have had the same surgery that you are interested in getting.
