This chicken is wonderful served over hot cooked rice!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/4 c flour
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix
  • 1 3/4 c water
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 12-in non-stick skillet with lid
  1. Step 1

Dip chicken in flour, shake off the excess.

  2. Step 2

In 12-in skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown chicken 4 minutes on each side.

  3. Step 3

Mix soup mix, water and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken.

  4. Step 4

Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce is thickened and chicken is no longer pink.
