Had a little too much to drink? Feeling a little under the weather with a headache, stomach ache, nausea, or feeling shaky? Here is what you can do to cure a hangover and get closer to feeling human.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • tomato juice or V8
  • chocalate milk
  • tylenol, ibuprophen
  • water
  • food
  1. Step 1

    A hangover is usually defined as how a person feels the day after excessice drinking of alcohol. A hangover is actually a mixture of effects, but 2 known effects are a sugar level change and dehydration.

  2. Step 2

    If you are able, either eat a meal or drink water before bed. This MAY help with sugar levels and dehydration. It may prevent a hangover or lessen the effects.

  3. Step 3

    When you wake up, either eat a good meal, drink water, juice or drink a vitamin supplement drink.

  4. Step 4

    You can drink a V8, or chocolate milk.
    V8 gives the benefit of many vitamins and hydration. Chocolate milk gives hydration and soothes stomach.

  5. Step 5

    Take medication such as ibuprofen or Tylenol, based on instructions in medication.
