Things You'll Need:
- tomato juice or V8
- chocalate milk
- tylenol, ibuprophen
- water
- food

Step 1
A hangover is usually defined as how a person feels the day after excessice drinking of alcohol. A hangover is actually a mixture of effects, but 2 known effects are a sugar level change and dehydration.

Step 2
If you are able, either eat a meal or drink water before bed. This MAY help with sugar levels and dehydration. It may prevent a hangover or lessen the effects.

Step 3
When you wake up, either eat a good meal, drink water, juice or drink a vitamin supplement drink.

Step 4
You can drink a V8, or chocolate milk.
V8 gives the benefit of many vitamins and hydration. Chocolate milk gives hydration and soothes stomach. -
Step 5
Take medication such as ibuprofen or Tylenol, based on instructions in medication.
