How to make a Candy Apple Martini

If you enjoy the sugary sweet taste of candy apples, a candy apple martini is sure to appeal to your taste buds. Apple and butterscotch schnapps give the drink that familiar candy apple flavor, and a splash of cranberry juice provides the ruby-red color of the popular fall treat. Guests will be impressed by the tasty cocktails and will appreciate a grown-up version of a classic treat from their childhood.

Things You'll Need

• 1 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. apple schnapps
• 1/2 oz. butterscotch schnapps
• 1 oz. cranberry juice

Instructions

1. Place ice in a cocktail shaker until it is filled halfway.

2. Add vodka, apple schnapps, butterscotch schnapps and cranberry juice to the cocktail shaker.

3. Shake vigorously to thoroughly mix all ingredients.

4. Strain the chilled cocktail into a martini glass and serve.

Tips & Warnings

• To make the martini even more appealing, float a thin apple wheel on top of the drink or garnish with a small apple wedge.
