Follow these steps to make that pimple disappear in 24 hours.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Neutrogena on the Spot Treatment
  • Facial wash with Salicylic acid
  • Facial moisturizer
  1. Step 1

In the morning, wash your face with a facial cleanser that contains salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is commonly used in many types of skin care products and is primarily used to treat and prevent pimples.

  2. Step 2

Apply the Neutrogena-On-the-Spot Acne Treatment on the pimple. This product contains 2.5% Benzoil Peroxide which is effective, yet won't dry your skin out. Apply a small amount and let dry. Once it has dried completely, apply another layer. Wait until completely dry and apply a light layer of the facial moisturizer.

  3. Step 3

In the evening, wash your face with warm water and use the salicylic acid facial cleanser. Rinse with ice cold water to close the pores.

  4. Step 4

Apply a very generous amount of the Neutrogena-On-the-Spot Acne Treatment to the pimple, about the size of a pencil eraser. Once it is completely dry, apply a small amount of moisturizer to your face.

Tips & Warnings
  • Apply visine or an antihistamine cream to the pimple to reduce redness.
  • As there may be redness for a day or two, a good concealer is always good to keep on hand--even for men. Make sure it matches your skin color and no one will be able to notice a thing!
  • Be careful to avoid the eye area. It is best not to use these products on skin that is infected or is experiencing other skin conditions unrelated to acne.
