Step 1
Get that much needed sleep!Plan out your weekend so that you can get more sleep on Sunday night. If you want to have late nights make them on Friday or Saturday night. Not getting enough sleep on Sunday night is a recipe for a very bad start to the work week on Monday morning.

Step 2
Make your Monday morning just the same as every other morning of the work week. Don't do anything different physically or emotionally. Make it a part of the normal routine.

Keep a positive attitude. It truly is all about a positive attitude on Monday mornings. No one is excited to go back to work after a nice weekend, but keep a positive attitude and the day will go that much faster.

Step 4
Give yourself a nice kick in the pants. Let's be honest here, dragging around on a Monday morning isn't going to get you anywhere in your career or in life in general. The sooner you realize that the better off you will be!
