Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of Hominy (white or yellow)
  • 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes w/ green chili's
  • cheese
  • nacho chips
  • taco seasoning
  • chilli powder
  1. Step 1

    First, mix all your veggies together, including the juices for flavor. Add 4-5 cans of water. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low, to cook at a simmer.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, fry chicken breast in a skillet till done. Remove chicken and shred with a fork. Placing chicken back in skillet, season to taste with taco seasoning (do not add water as taco seasoning packet calls for).
    For more spice add a dash or two of Chilli Powder.

  3. Step 3

    Add chicken to the pot, and let it stew together. Add taco seasoning and chilli powder to taste.

    To serve, add a handful of Nacho chips, pour the soup in on top. Add cheese, for a finish.

Tips & Warnings
  • Cook the chicken with whatever seasonings you enjoy. Be creative. For example: Liquid smoke, Dale's steak seasoning, worchestershire
  • This dish is also good to make in a Slow Cooker.
  • You can also substitute the chicken for ground beef.
