Things You'll Need:
- 2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of Hominy (white or yellow)
- 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes w/ green chili's
- cheese
- nacho chips
- taco seasoning
- chilli powder

Step 1
First, mix all your veggies together, including the juices for flavor. Add 4-5 cans of water. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low, to cook at a simmer.

Meanwhile, fry chicken breast in a skillet till done. Remove chicken and shred with a fork. Placing chicken back in skillet, season to taste with taco seasoning (do not add water as taco seasoning packet calls for).
For more spice add a dash or two of Chilli Powder. -
Step 3
Add chicken to the pot, and let it stew together. Add taco seasoning and chilli powder to taste.
To serve, add a handful of Nacho chips, pour the soup in on top. Add cheese, for a finish.
