Things You'll Need:
- White granulated sugar
- blender

Step 1
Measure twice the amount of granulated sugar that your recipe calls for powdered sugar. For example, if it says you need 1 cup, measure 2 cups of granulated sugar

Step 2
Place granulated sugar in the blender and blend/puree until sugar is as fine as powder.

Step 3
Stop blender to check if sugar is completely refined, continue blending until desired fineness is achieved. Sugar cubes can also be used to create powdered sugar.
