Instructions

    • 1

Place beef roast in crock pot.

    • 2

Pour entire jar of giardiniera over roast.

    • 3

Place cover on crock pot. Turn crock pot on low. Cook 6 to 8 hours.

    • 4

When ready to eat, shred beef from roast. Serve beef and giardiniera on rolls. Enjoy.
This dish is easy and tastes great. The oil from the giardiniera allows any cut of roast to come out moist and the veggies in giardiniera give a little bit of spice and kick.

Interesting. Crock pots I see are great tools to cook while you're at work. Are is it a good thing to leave it on unattended?

This sounds so easy, I've never used giardiniera before - but will have to check into it. Thanks for the beef recipe.
