How to Acquire the Druid Faldorn in "Baldur's Gate"
The shadow druid Faldorn is a character in the PC role-playing game Baldur's Gate dedicated to preventing civilization from encroaching on the sanctity of nature--by any means necessary. She can be found deep in the Cloakwood forest, and will join the party as a playable character if you convince her of your mutual interests.

Play through the opening segment of the game in the Library of Candlekeep.

Head east and then north along the Sword Coast after the party is forced to leave Candlekeep. Continue traveling until the party reaches the Friendly Arm Inn.

Exit the Friendly Arm Inn map on the west side, which will take the party into the Cloakwood forest.

Continue traveling west through Cloakwood until your party reaches the westernmost point on the map.

Cross the bridge in the area and go to the small grove at the west end, where you will find Faldorn. Speak with her and tell her that you are also enemies of the organization known as the Iron Throne, at which point she will join the party as a playable character.

Tips & Warnings
Faldorn is a member of a druid sect that opposes the beliefs of the character Jaheira, so if you have both of them in the party at the same time, they will frequently exchange arguments and even threats.
