Step 1
Find an opponent to play the game of Scramble War against. It is best to play with just two players, but it can be played by three or four players if you wish. Scramble War is very short when played with three or four players.
-
Step 2
Shuffle the deck and spread out all the cards face down on the table or floor, if you have no table. Each player will choose cards for each round of Scramble War.
-
Step 3
Direct each player to choose one card from the cards on the table. Compare the cards each player chose. The player with the higher card keeps both cards in his or her pile of cards.
-
Step 4
Determine the winner of any ties by conducting a round of Scramble War. In a round of Scramble War, each player picks three cards from the table and puts them facedown in front of him or her. Each player then chooses an additional card and flips it faceup. The higher card wins all the cards played that round. If another tie occurs, repeat this step until someone wins the Scramble War round.
-
Step 5
Continue playing until all the cards have been removed from the table or the floor where they were originally dealt facedown.
-
Step 6
Count the number of cards in each player’s pile. The player with the most cards wins the game of Scramble War.
