1
Do not neglect your back in the shower. Buy a back brush to wash those hard-to-reach areas.
-
2
Buy a soap or body wash specifically made for skin acne problems and put a fair amount on the brush to scrub on your back. Avoid rubbing skin too hard.
-
-
3
Toss out your loofah or back brush after 3 or 4 months if you use one. While a loofah, brush or sponge on a handle is excellent for your back, all (especially loofahs) accumulate bacteria over time.
-
4
Change out of your workout clothes immediately after exercising and shower, even if you are just wearing a sports bra or special clothing that wicks away moisture.
-
5
Apply the same acne products on your back overnight that you use on your face. If it's a hard-to-reach place, ask a close friend, parent or spouse to help you. Let it dry before putting on a shirt.
