  1. Constructing the Outfit

      Get a hat. Zorro wore a black Andalusian-style wide-rim hat with a flat top.

      Take a black cloth and cut out the eyes for a mask or ypurchase a mask at a costume shop. The black-cowl mask disguises Zorro's identity by concealing the top of the head from eye level upward.
