It can be very frustrating trying to find the right man and get married, especially if you don't know where and how to begin. Although there is no guarantee that you will ever find Mr. Right, if you follow these steps, you can definitely increase your odds.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sign up for an on-line dating service. A lot of people joke about these kind of sites, but the truth is they do work. Sites like these have you fill out questionnaires so they can match you with the right type of person.

  2. Step 2

Ask friends and family to set you up. Usually this is not what most people want to do, but if you're having a hard time meeting men, then you have to try just about anything. On the positive side, your friends or family members already know this person and can tell what type of guy he is.

  3. Step 3

Socialize. Go to parties and events such as a friend's party, sporting event or concert. Try striking up a conversation with someone. Just make sure he's not with someone else.

  4. Step 4

Go on a singles cruise. This is a great way to meet men. The cruises provide activities such as meet and greets and parties on the ship. A bonus is you get a nice little vacation at a tropical destination.

  5. Step 5

Don't rush things. Don't go out and pick the first man you meet and rush out to get married. Take your time to get to know the men you meet.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't worry if you don't find someone right away. It takes time to find that special someone.
  • Don't hang out at bars trying to find a man. Most men that go to bars are not looking for a relationship.
