Things You'll Need:
- Two tissues per ghost
- String or ribbon
- Markers (optional)
- Stickers (optional)
- Black and orange glitter (optional)

Step 1
Lay one tissue out on a flat surface.

Crumple the other tissue up into a ball.

Place the crumpled tissue ball in the center of the flat tissue.

Gather up the corners of the flat tissue to cover the crumpled tissue. Gather the tissue together under the ball and twist once. The crumpled tissue ball should be inside of the other tissue at this point, creating a ghost with a head and a floaty body. Set the ghost down.

Cut a piece of string or colorful, Halloween-themed ribbon. You can make the ribbon or string as long as you like. If you plan to hang the ghosts from the ceiling or a light fixture, you should make the string pretty long.

Lay the string or ribbon out on a flat surface. Place the ghost on top of the string or ribbon.

Step 7
Tie a bow or knot around the ghost, just under the crumpled tissue, which would be the ghost’s neck. This will secure the crumpled tissue and create a stable head for the ghost.

Draw a scary face on the ghost with different color markers.

Decorate your ghost however you like. If you prefer not to draw a face on it, consider covering it with black and orange glitter or Halloween stickers. The possibilities are endless when decorating these ghosts. Dress your ghosts up in costumes--add witches' hats or a vampire cape to them, for example.

Step 10
Hang ghosts on the walls with thumb tacks or from hooks, light fixtures or anywhere else using the string or ribbon that you attached.
