Wipeable photo placemats add a personal touch to every meal. You can make an individual personal placemat for each family member. Children love them, and they make setting the table a little more fun. You can even make these with any photo theme you like to fit a specific décor.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Thin, white poster board
  • Clear, self-adhesive shelf liner
  • Scissors
  • Family photos
  • White craft glue
  • Ruler or measuring tape
  1. Step 1

Cut a piece of poster board 17 by 11 inches.

  2. Step 2

Pick the photos you would like to use and glue them to one side of the poster board.

  3. Step 3

Measure and cut two pieces of clear, self-adhesive shelf liner to 17 ½ by 11 ½ inches. Leave the backing on while you cut.

  4. Step 4

Remove the backing from one of the cut pieces of shelf liner and carefully begin to stick the shelf liner to the front of the poster board over the photographs. Start at one end and work your way carefully to the other end to eliminate air bubbles.

  5. Step 5

Turn the poster board over and repeat on the other side with the other piece of self-adhesive shelf liner, carefully matching the front to the back. Then trim off any sticky parts. Now you have your completed wipeable photo placemat.
