Hold a web meeting and share presentations, conduct a web tour, even share applications right your browser for free

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Direct your web browser to www.webex.com

  2. Step 2

    Click "Start a Meeting Now"

  3. Step 3

    Click "Register"

  4. Step 4

    Fill out the short form and "Submit"

  5. Step 5

    Wait 2-5 minutes (on a 56K modem) for the ActiveX plug-in to download and install

  6. Step 6

    Enjoy your meeting!

Tips & Warnings
  • Attend a demo on www.webex.com to understand how to utilize all the features of the Meeting Center and your WebEx Office
  • You should have a 56K connection or higher or the service will be a bit slow
