Things You'll Need:
- Soft tortilla shells
- cinnamon/sugar
- cooking oil

Step 1
In a saucepan or skillet, heat the cooking oil on medium/low heat.

Using a pizza cutter, cut the tortilla shells into 8 slices (just like a pizza)

When oil is warm enough to fry in, place the tortilla slices into the pan and fry. Flip when you notice one side turning slightly brown. Remove when both sides are golden brown and place directly in cinnamon sugar mix. Coat both sides with cinnamon sugar and place in a container that can be sealed with an air tight cover.
