This is a tutorial on how to archive your email in Outlook. As a result, the search functions will become faster and you will also see an over increase in performance in Outlook.

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Outlook
  1. Step 1
     

    Select "Tools" from the "Options" from the menu.

  2. Step 2
     

    Select the "Other" tab.

  3. Step 3
     

    Click the "AutoArchive" button.

  4. Step 4
     

    Adjust the number of days that you want Outlook scanning for old messages to archive.

  5. Step 5
     

    Click "OK" and then you are finished.
