Are you looking to enter the field of human resources? Perhaps you're already working in human resources and want to beef up your resume. Follow these steps to earn a human resources credential online.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Visit the Distance Learning Center of the Economic Research Institute at eridlc.com.

  2. Step 2

    Click on 'Cont. Ed.' at the top of the page.

  3. Step 3

    Explore the following credentials:

    CCC - Compensation Committee Certification Credential
    CAC - Compensation Analyst Credential
    BAC - Benefits Analyst Credential

    You can choose to complete the requirements for any or all of these credentials.

  4. Step 4

    For each credential, you will need to take a total of ten online courses and pass an exam at the end of each course with a score of 80% or better. The courses are free; the exams have a cost of $24.95 each.

  5. Step 5

    After you have completed the ten courses and passed the exams, complete the application form available at the website and, once the application is reviewed and approved, your certificate will be mailed to you.

  • The ERI Distance Learning Center, offers other online continuing education courses in the field of human resources and for attorneys, insurance agents, and accountants.
