Step 1
Open an eBay account. It's free and very simple to do. Look through your house and find some items you don't need any more. Take pictures of them with your digital camera. List them for sale on eBay and choose seven days as your duration. When your items sell, you should use that cash to scope out thrift shops and yard sales. Find some items that are rare or sell well on eBay. Any type of electronics, video games, Webkinz, popular kids items, collectables and so forth sell well. Pick a product to sell as an affiliate. There are several sites that have products you can promote. Clickbank is one of the most famous ones. It is free to sign up and become an affiliate. Pick a product you know a little something about. Get your referral url. Create a blog or webpage around this product. Make sure you have links to the product in the blog or webpage. Advertise your blog or webpage around the net. Use forums, comment on other people's blogs, and write articles about the product. Each sale will go directly in to your Clickbank account and will be disbursed to you every other week.

Fill out online surveys. This won't make your mortgage payment, but it is a great fast way to make enough money to pay a phone bill or an electric bill. Companies are free to sign up to. Several sites pay within hours of your reaching their minimum payout amount. GangsterGreed has a minimum payout amount of $10 and they pay within hours. CashLagoon has a minimum payout amount of $2 and pays instantly. You will need a Paypal account to use these sites. It is free to sign up for and totally legit. There are many other free survey sites that are legitimate. You can find them by joining some forums and asking around.

Write articles. There are tons of legitimate online sites that will pay you for writing articles. Some sites pay instantly upon approval and others pay weekly. The companies are free to work for, but you must have writing skills and the ability to finish assignments on time. It helps if you have a decent resume to begin. You can write a few blogs and get some articles published for free to establish an online presence. You can then apply for some jobs that pay fast.

Create an ebook. You can do this on a subject you know well. The ebook doesn't have to be long. The longer your ebook is, however, the more you can charge for it. Each ebook will be pure profit. Advertise your ebook and as soon as anyone buys the ebook you receive money. This is instant. Most ebooks are sold through Paypal so you can transfer the money to your bank account within three days. You can sell this ebook again and again. If you are good at advertising you might make enough to make your mortgage payment.
