Things You'll Need:

Step 1
Register an account at Myxertones (see Resources). Click the link that says “Sign Up.” You will be asked if you want to register a Personal Account, Artist Account or Partner Account. Select “Personal Account”.

Fill out the registration form and click the button marked “Create Account.” An activation message will be sent to your email address containing a link that must be clicked. Likewise, a 4-digit code will be sent to your cell phone by text message. You will need to enter this code to validate your cell phone number.

Sign in to your Myxertones account. Once you have validated your email address and cell phone number, return to the Myxertones website and click the “Sign In” link. Enter your password and either your email address or telephone number to log into the account you created.

Step 4
Select the type of file you would like to download. You can download Ringtones, Wallpapers, Videos or Games. There is a link to each of these at the top of the screen. Each one contains a list of subcategories to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The most popular downloads are also showcased on the first screen after you log in.

Step 5
Choose a file to download. Browse through the category you selected or use the search feature to find the file that you want. Once you see a file you like, click on the file name to be taken to the preview page.

Step 6
Download the file. From the preview page you can preview the file before you download it. This will also let you know if there is a charge for the file. If you are happy with everything, double check that the correct cell phone number is listed and click the “Send to Phone” button.
