Things You'll Need:
- A quiet place.

Step 1
Find a quiet place in your home so no noise is around. You do not want to be disturbed when attempting meditation.

Step 2
Close your eyes and concentrate on the region in between your eyebrows.

Step 3
Imagine an energy emitting there and pronounce the mantra, "OM". Do this several times a day and you should start feeling energy emmiting from your forehead in between you eyebrows.

on 4/26/2009 One should not meditate on "Om" iniitally . It comes in the last stage . Wen you say "0m" it means that you are ready to leave everything . One has to do this only when he or she has finished all the duties in there life..
