Step 1
Sinus Headache- Use Tea Tree Oil- found in the vitamin section of supermarket, Walmart, Target or in drug store. Place a dab on your temples, back of neck and forehead and sinuses. You can also use a lot of Vitamin C and massage the areas below and after your eyes and your cheeks as well.
-
Step 2
Tension Headaches- Place a hot wet towel on your forehead or back of your neck, and lie down for 20-30 minutes to relax your muscles. Use a heating pad or hot water bottle also.
-
Step 3
For Menstrual Headache- Use White Willow Bark, a very natural herb used to relieve pain.
Take two capsules of 400mg, but read instructions on label. This can be used instead of Advil or Excedrin.Take also supplements of Vitamin B6, potassium and magnesium. -
Step 4
Migraines- check out my article that specifically deals with this.
-
Step 5
Drink a cup of hot peppermint tea or take a washcloth and soak it in the peppermint tea and place over your forehead.
-
Step 6
Hangover Headache- Drink a large of glass of water (filtered or spring water) every two hours until the symptoms subside. You can also squeeze lemon in your water. Also, apply ice packs to your neck and head.
