  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

      Combine the sugar or honey, cornstarch, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.

      Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

      Mix in the vanilla and margarine. Serve the pudding warm or cold.

Tips & Warnings

  • For a different taste, substitute ¼ cup peanut butter for the margarine.

  • Top the chocolate pudding with whipped cream.
