This is a super quick chocolate pudding recipe. The kids will love it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (optional)
  1. Step 1

    Combine sugar or honey, cornstarch, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan.

  2. Step 2

    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

  3. Step 3

    Add vanilla and margarine.

  4. Step 4

    Serve warm or cold.

Tips & Warnings
  • Option: Stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter. Omit margarine.

on 9/2/2008 My mother made pudding for us as kids. I've always gone with the cold milk mixes, but you've got me remembering childhood. I'll have to give this a try and add that peanut butter you mention in the tips.
