Do you ever wonder how clairvoyants and other psychic intuitives do what they do? Do you wish you could experience your own psychic abilities? You can and it doesn't require a lot of time or money.

  • An open mind
  • Patience
  • 5 - 30 min. a day
  • A journal
  • A tape recorder
  1. Step 1

    We've all heard the old adage, "Seeing is believing." In this case believing is first and foremost in achieving the results we want. If we believe we can't do something, 9 times out of 10, we won't! Psychic abilities are no different.

  2. Step 2

    Quiet your life style. Psychic abilities aren't quite the stage taking performances we see on TV. They are subtle feelings, smells, flashes or words. If you have a busy household, designate one area for yourself with peaceful scents, colors, pillows, etc.

  3. Step 3

    Associate yourself with chat groups and network with people who will support your interests in exploring your psychic side. You don't need a doubting Thomas in the background challenging your every move.

  4. Step 4

    Remove as much personal baggage as possible. Because psychic energy is so subtle, we need to distinguish it from our own. Set aside 5 - 30 minutes each day to clear your mind. Practice holding an image of a blank screen in your mind.

  5. Step 5

    Once you have become good at pulling up the blank screen, mentally ask any question you would like more information on. Take note of any images, smells, sounds or feelings that appear as a result.

  6. Step 6

    Keep a journal or tape recorder by the bed stand. Very often psychic information can appear just before falling asleep or in dreams. Recording the information while it is still fresh makes great referencing material as well as keeping track of the progress you make.

Tips & Warnings
  • Plants and Scents are effective ways to set a relaxing mood, as well as soft lighting candles, pillows and soothing sounds such as trickling water or other sounds of nature.
