Lisa M. dances two nights a month for fun and profit.

Many college-age women, and other young women in their twenties and thirties have discovered that topless dancing is an easy way to supplement their income, put themselves through school, buy the car they want, or simply earn extra spending money. The best things about it are: You can average $200 an hour on a good night; You can create your own schedule, dancing as often or as seldom as you like; And, if you dance at an upscale gentlemen's club in the big city, you can do so with total anonymity. Most dancers are students, nurses, school teachers, secretaries, receptionists, and other girls next door.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Confidence!
  • A positive attitude.
  • A desire to have fun making money.
  • A club dress or costume.
  • A T-back or G-string.
  • Those sexy platform heels.
  • A gym bag or backpack.
  • One free night every week or so.
  1. Step 1
    Platform heels.
    Platform heels.

You will need a costume or a dress, a T-back or G-string, and platform heels. Most big cities have stores that carry dancer clothes and shoes. Also, many of the larger gentlemen's clubs in Dallas and Houston have shops in the lobby where anyone can go in and buy what they need. Some of these clubs even have hair-styling and make-up salons with experienced employees who can do a complete make-over on you. That way, even if your daddy's best friend is in the audience, he won't recognize you.

  2. Step 2
    Get their attention!
    Get their attention!

If you are an average to attractive young woman, and show up before 7:00 pm, there are very few club managers that won't hire you. Fix your hair and make-up, take your dress, G-string, heels and makeup in a gym bag or backpack, and present yourself to the manager. (Now's your chance to wear that trashy little club dress you've been hiding.) Fill out the paperwork, and meet the house-mother who will fill you in on what you need to know. She'll assign you a locker which may or may not have a combination lock on it, so you may want to take one with you. If the club has hired their quota of girls, and they can't hire you that night, just move on to the next club.

  3. Step 3
    Dancing on the Big Stage!
    Dancing on the Big Stage!

The next step is to report to the disc jockey and pick out your music. This is the music he will play when you are on the main stage. Normally, this will be for only two or three songs. You will dance the first dance with your dress on, and the rest of the dances in your G-string and heels. Most clubs have two or three stages. After performing on the main stage, you will rotate to the number two and three stages, dancing two or three dances on each. Then you're done! In many clubs, you will spend only one rotation on the three stages, for a total of about 20 to 30 minutes maximum. Then you are free to mingle with the customers. And that's where the big money is.

  4. Step 4
    Poledancers Rule!
    Poledancers Rule!

Many clubs will have a pole on the main stage, but many of the gentlemen's clubs do not. You don't have to use the pole, but if you think it looks like fun you may want to practice first. You can buy a portable pole on-line for your living room, and there are videos to teach you how to pole dance. Its great exercise and you will get good at it the more you practice.

  5. Step 5
    You Own the Room, Girl!
    You Own the Room, Girl!

Many new dancers are afraid of dancing on stage. All they need is confidence. When you are on stage act like you own the room. The most important thing to remember is that you need to smile and act like you are having more fun than the audience is. If you do that, you'll be a big hit. Make eye contact with the customers who are watching you. Pick one of them out and give him a big smile, and then watch how quickly he jumps up to bring you a tip. Dancing on stage is where you find out which customers are the most interested in you.

  6. Step 6
Lapdances go for 20 bucks each.
Lapdances go for 20 bucks each.

Once you are finished on stage you are free to go find a good customer. Don't waste your time with the boys in their early twenties. They're cute, but they don't have any money. Look for the well-dressed, married, middle-aged businessman in a suit and tie. They fill the good clubs on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Ask him if you can sit down with him, and then start flirting. He should work up the nerve to ask you for a lap dance in about 10 to 15 minutes. If he doesn't, excuse yourself and move on to someone else. Don't be in a hurry, but don't waste your time. After all, you're here to make money.

  7. Step 7
Lapdancing & making the big bucks in the V.I.P Room.
Lapdancing & making the big bucks in the V.I.P Room.

In most Texas clubs, lap dances are $20 each. If you're sitting with the right customer, he won't want just one. Try to find the customer who won't let you stop. You may want to get him to pay up after about ten dances. That way you won't get stiffed. At that point, you will find out if he's for real or not. If he's a good customer, you may want to ask him if he wants to go to the V.I.P. Room or the Champagne Room. In some clubs, he'll have to buy a one-year membership to the V.I.P. Club. In other clubs, he may just have to buy you a $100 bottle of champagne. The V.I.P. Room is usually quieter, more intimate, and will allow you both to relax and have more fun. It will also allow you to make the big bucks.

  8. Step 8
Keep it fun, and go make some money!
Keep it fun, and go make some money!

Many girls only dance one night a week or maybe two or three nights a month. This prevents "burnout," and allows you to have your "real life," while still enjoy dancing a couple of nights a month -- keeping it fun and making some the Big Bucks!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't exclude yourself because you don't have "big boobs." A girl with a B-cup can make just as much money as a girl with D-cup. The myth of the dancer with the perfect "Dees" is just that - a myth! Men are pretty easy to please.
  • Go to Amazon.com and check out instructional videos on lapdancing, poledancing and exotic dancing.
  • If you are a bit shy about jumping into the deep end, try working as a waitress for a few weeks until you are comfortable making the move to the stage.
  • If you don't live in Texas, don't let that stop you. Many girls fly in from out of state for a week or a few days. Stay in a nice hotel, sleep late, go shopping and dance at night. If you're making a $1,000 a night, you'll be way ahead when you fly home.
  • Don't let the customer get out of control. Let him know up front that you are in charge. Tell him that if he'll just relax and let you entertain him, he'll have a much better time.
  • Avoid dancing on Saturday nights. The clubs are full of college boys and worse. Saturday night customers are broke, cheap, and want something for nothing. Wednesdays and Thursday nights are the best nights for finding that big-spender businessman from out of town.
