Things You'll Need:

• Motorola Cell Phone

1. Press [Menu] (Menu key is the upper middle key with 4 Horizontal lines on it)

2. Arrow up or down to "Settings" Press [Select] (Right Soft Key)

3. Arrow up or down to "Initial Setup" Press [Select] (Right Soft Key)

4. Arrow up or down to "Master Clear" Press [Select] (Right Soft Key)

5. Enter Security Code (Default is 000000)

6. Phone will display "Clear All Phone Data?" Press [Yes] (Left Soft Key)
   Handset will power cycle
