There are many remittance centers online but mostly these companies will accept deposit or remittance using your bank account only or using your online banking but if you have no bank account, you can still send money to your relatives online using your credit cards especially if you live in United States.

Apply for free account with PayPal. This payment method will accept just about anywhere in the world. You can send and receive money in this company easy as long as you are not doing anything illegal online.

Once your PayPal account is approved, you can add your banking information or credit cards.

You then have to find a third party payment method like xoom. Apply for free account and then add your credit card or banking information the same information you provided when you create your PayPal account.

Set your credit card or banking account as your primary source of payment in your PayPal account and then you also set the same information in your xoom account.

Once your xoom and PayPal accounts are set up with the same information, now you can start adding your recipient name in your xoom account and start sending money right away. Your PayPal will be your source of payment if you have enough balance in your PayPal if none, just choose another form of source.

Always read the charges before rushing to any transaction online. Credit cards seems to charge you with high interest rate if you send money overseas compared to your bank account. But it's your choice just be aware of the interest.
