How to Fix Fried Tuna Fish

Fried tuna fish is a simple meal that takes a short time to create. After getting the basics right, you can experiment with Tabasco sauce for a spicier meal, or top it with cheese. The tuna is formed into a patty, so it can be placed in bread and used as a sandwich. Does this Spark an idea?

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Frying pan
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup green peppers

Instructions

      Drain the tins of tuna. Mix the tuna, flour, onions, peppers, pepper and salt in a bowl. Form the tuna into a patty.

      Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

      Drop the tuna patty in the pan. Fry the patty until both sides turn brown. Turn it once during the cooking process, which should last about 5 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • I personally enjoy my tuna fish sandwich using starkist tuna, but any can tuna is fine.

  • Also hot sauce is the seasoning I use on the bread.
