How to Make a Ginger Mango Green Tea Blend
Green tea is so good for you, but it can be pretty boring. I like to design tea blends to make green tea more interesting. This one combines ginger and mango to give the tea an interesting contrast. The mango brings an element of sweetness, and the ginger makes it a little spicier.

Things You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cups green tea leaves
- 1/4 cup fine chopped dried mango
- 2 tbsp. fine chopped candied ginger
- Medium mixing bowl
- Whisk or wooden spoon
- Airtight container

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Combine the ingredients using a whisk or a wooden spoon.

Transfer to an airtight container such as an amber glass jar or a resealable plastic bag. Store it away from heat and light.

To make the tea, use 1 1/2 tsp. of the blend for each cup of hot water. Steep it for at least 10 minutes.

Hi Kilogramm - I know - I love incorporating fruit in my tea blends - especially with teas that are healthy but a little bland like green tea.
