Things You'll Need:
- Black Sharp eyeliner pencil
- Black Eyeliner Brush-make sure it’s thin
- Dark eye shadow-Iridescent
- A highlighting shimmer for under your brows
- Eye lash curlers
- A eyebrow pencil
- Black mascara

Step 1
First apply your foundation, using under eye concealer and powder.

With your black eyeliner pencil begin at the front corner of your eyelids and draw a soft smudge line to the ends of your lash line.

Then use your eyeshadow to apply your dark shadow over the top of the smudged line for a soft smoky look. Blend the edges.

Next use you eyeliner brush to apply the eyeliner closely to your lashes only on your top lids. Making sure the line is thick and as pronounced as you want. Keep the line thickest at the outer corner and as you go inward thinning the line.

Then apply another smoky coat of eyeshadow to blend any harsh edges.

Begin blending your dark shade of shadow up from your lashes to the crease in your eyes. Then add a shimmery highlight of cream or white under the outside corner of your eyebrows.

Take your eyebrow pencil make your eyebrows stand out more. Paying close attention to your eyebrow curve to make your cat eyes stand out more.

Step 8
Lastly curl your eyelashes and add a thin coat of mascara. Avoid clumping by building the layers gradually and comb then out once finished.
